We realize that when you spend a long day of travel for your vacation a nice thing to have is a pre stocked facility for your dining and drinking needs. Flatwater Lodge is happy to offer a pre stocked option to eliminate the time and headache it takes to get the provisions you need for your vacation. We will be happy to fill any grocery order, drink order or gear order that you may have. If you choose this route the vending options come from grocery stores, butcher shops, liquor stores, Costco, Home Depot, Bed, Bath & Beyond and the fly shops of the Missouri River. Whether you are preparing meals on your own, need a stocked beer fridge or liquor cabinet or need fly fishing gear just let us know and we will make sure that everything you request is waiting for you upon arrival to the lodge. We chose not to have a specific list to choose from so it is up to you to let us know EXACTLY what you need. If you are seeking super specialty items please let us know too - Helena and Great Falls both have numerous specialty stores but please remember that you are in Montana and some items you may be used to easily obtaining simply may not be available. We ask that you provide any and all of these requests at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. The process is simple: you send us your list, we purchase the list, give you a receipt of all goods upon arrival and you pay exact cost of goods. We do implement a surcharge of $100 - $150 for the majority of orders but if you are looking for something easy to obtain or a very small order the surcharge will of course be reduced accordingly.
